TalkTools® emerged as an answer to a need. When Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson founded TalkTools® she focused on serving those with speech, oral placement, and feeding disorders. Utilizing a multi-modal approach to communication disorders and individual treatment plans, Johnson provided clients with the most effective therapy and the best possible outcomes. However, as her teachings in oral placement therapy techniques continued, the therapists and caregivers attending her courses consistently expressed a desire for tools specifically designed to help them implement what they had learned. In response, she created the TalkTools® brand and developed a series of user-friendly products to correspond with her hierarchical approach to oral placement therapy. Many of these items, including the original Horn and Straw Hierarchies and Jaw Grading Bite Blocks, are now household names in the oral placement field and are available exclusively through TalkTools.com.

Now TalkTools® offers assessment and therapy along with our products. Those looking for assessment or therapy can take advantage of the “traveling clinics” we offer world wide from therapists who hold advanced degrees in speech and language sciences from nationally accredited universities, and who are all certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). About Ordering 

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes - Purchase orders are accepted from businesses, schools, clinics, hospitals & universities. You may fax your purchase order to: (843) 206-0590 or mail to: 1852 Wallace Road, Suite H, Charleston, SC 29407. Please include contact information so that we can reach you if needed.

How do I calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges are current UPS or FedEx rates and are calculated at the time you check out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Personal checks and money orders are accepted when your order is mailed to our office.

How long will it take to receive my order 

In most cases your order ships the next business day. In the event an item is backordered, the available items are shipped and backordered items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Please Note: typical transit time from our Charleston warehouse to the west coast is 5 to 7 business days.

I am ordering from outside the U.S. Do you have a regional TalkTools® distributor with 
whom I can place an order?
